It's embarrassing how many people straight up refuse to take even the slightest precautions.

As selfish as it sounds, I'm trying to come up with a way to establish documented proof that I wasn't an anti masker or a COVID denier during all this. The shame of being an ignorant, stupid coward during a major historic global pandemic will hang over the heads of anti maskers and COVID deniers for decades.

We're being asked to reduce the number of public engagements we attend, wash our hands, and wear a face mask in public. This isn't fucking hard. Yet anti maskers call these basic hygienic tasks oppressive, because they don't know what oppression means.

Meanwhile in CT, one of the states taking this shit super seriously, the fucking governor just went into quarantine because his staff members kept testing positive for it.

Pretty much. Unless you're able to lock down the whole planet, it's not going anywhere. And unless we take proactive measures when it comes to stopping things like wet markets, we're just going to get hit by something else before long.
