Sow in this very specific iteration the law penelized her for her extremely shitty opinion. So yes it is a very obvious example of the first amendment. However there is a caveat in that this also allows companies to have moral clauses that can get you fired (chikafila) however state agencies tend not get the morale code hence reason trump and most of congress are allowed to operate. So yeah she should be protected by the first ammendment purely in the context that the first ammendment was written in a way to permit racism and sorely needs to be updated as alot of the current constitution needs to be updated as certain terms and concepts did not exist as of its writing. --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom.
