She clearly does not think that Rittenhouse should have been released, if she doesn't think that he should be afforded that leniency then why should she think the equivalent Muslim should be?

I see. Then you should've just said "treated as badly as the muslim".

Regardless, the gist of her post is about the unequal treatment of minorities vs whites in our justice system. She is complaining that Rittenhouse got bail because of his white privilege in a white supremacist system, when he should not have. Suggesting that she doesn't think either should be treated as leniently.

I mean, her remark is less about saying the system is too harsh or not harsh enough and more about saying it is unfair.
