The point of what she's saying isn't that "white person should be treated worse than muslim person". She is saying that in the current state of our justice system, due to systemic racism, a violent criminal who is white is afforded leniency that would not be offered to minorities, like Muslims.

Additionally, she seems to be trying to make a "take that" at people who argue against the "Defund the Police" rhetoric because it would mean more violent criminals would be walking free, by saying we already have that and pointing out Rittenhouse as a violent criminal who is free due to his privilege.

I'm not really onboard with her position, but there is nothing there to suggest she thinks a white person should be treated worse than a muslim person.

I didn't say treated worse than the Muslim person, I just said treated worse, as in also treated like the hypothetical Muslim would be treated. You're adding in the "worse than" element. She clearly does not think that Rittenhouse should have been released, if she doesn't think that he should be afforded that leniency then why should she think the equivalent Muslim should be?
