| grimhilde00 11/21/20 7:27:28 PM #2: | I don't know the history behind how curry spread or how we categorize it from a Western lens, but regional differences are very apparent and neat (Thai, Indian, Malaysian, Himalayan, Japanese, etc). Briefly looking into it it looks like a mix of British imperialism spreading their known version of curry plus also categorizing spicy saucy dishes as curry even if they are wildly different. --- aka kriemhilde00 ...
