These kinds of scenarios also come to mind because the amount some people sue, is just insane. Its not like they have cash coming out of their arsehole for whoever they end up suing, and they obviously willingly know this? There is no common sense... just becuase they want the money, but its not like they are going to get it all willy nilly if the person is poor, makes minimum wage at a shit job, mentally unwell like I mentioned, or etc. Then nothing happens.
