Kind of surprised at the amount of people here who are high levels and don't have everything unlocked. Do you play through stages very slowly? Never use warps? Only warp to 1-1? Never select the stages that you haven't cleared yet? All of the above???? Only took a couple hours for me to get them all. Usually unlocked at least 1 every run. You have the few times where a late stage doesn't show up because of people dying quickly, but not usually the case. Can usually string together a bunch of warps to get there before it's over.
