My last topic's winning song was composed by him! I've been over this before, but Yuzo Koshiro is my favorite VGM composer of all time, primarily for how diverse his portfolio of works is and how he can basically make music in any style and make it sound great! Definitely a lot of his "signature" style in this too, hearing a lot of Streets of Rage and Etrian Odyssey in this one, but also with a very "'70s prog rock" feel to it too.
