I meant my statement regarding more prone to hacking to include this. Which is also why I believe if any national system were to be implemented, it should contain blockchain tech. It's transparency means it's difficult to corrupt, and nearly impossible to do so without knowing who did it. I only say nearly impossible because it's not possible with our current tech, but tech always advances.
