Completely disagree with the second half of your post. This is pretty beta (only using this because you did). He said it doesnt work for him so why should he bend backwards and cancel his plans to make it inconvenient for himself to see her? Dont put her on a pedestal to where she cancels out anything youve got planned. She was most likely gonna flake anyways. She doesnt know him, its hinge

Because he messed up. If he hadn't messed up and done everything perfect, walking back would be out of the question. But walking back on his own messup is fine. And I'm not saying cancel anything on the risk of her not accepting. But if he has it nailed down, and she accepts and it's scheduled, cancel your plans tomorrow morning. I also say it because, if this is indicative of TC s dating life, he needs the experience more than whatever it is he's doing on Sunday. If she had messed up and was flaky, I'd say don't do it. But she hasn't done anything wrong yet. So now we're in a "salvage what we can" situation.

I agree when you tell him "guys need to lead".
