Some good intensity going on here, I liked this one. Whoah, Evo version is really cool! Very cinematic, and I could picture this playing in the climax of a high-fantasy action movie. Only gripe is that the lead horn sounds a bit more muted, but this has a lot more cool stuff going on in the background. ------------------------------------------------------------- the original version is too short/flat/fake sounding to me, but the evo is too reverby to an extent that obfuscates a lot of the impactful elements and has a much poorer mix. which is worse? that's for YOU to decide. oh wait, this is a song i am ranking so I get to decide. The Evo version is far more intense, practically screaming that this is the point where things get serious and we go storm the final dungeon or whatever. (As a side-note: while I have played the game, I'm pretty bad at noticing music in game and have absolutely no clue in what context this played.
