They have like a cardboard thing you can use (comes with it) to make it more comfortable with glasses. It's not great, but it's not horrid either.

You can watch 2d stuff just fine, and in fact they even have things like a VR living room where you sit on a couch virtually and watch a big screen tv. It's pretty cool actually. Everything is about the same size as a big screen TV when playing 2d games, but the 4k tvs etc are better resolution so that is a negative.

It fogs up over time so it's hard to just play non-stop for hours, and many people get eye strain after about an hour or so as well.

You can't hook up a n64 or gamecube that I know of, but you CAN hook up a laptop and probably play n64/gamecube games on the laptop, using the quest as the monitor. You might be able to run an emulator on the quest, but I don't know if you can, and I don't think you could set up a controller that would work that way (Best bet would be to just hook it up to a laptop/desktop and run it that way).
