His friend got beat up by thugs and had his bike stolen. Someone asked how much Phil needs in tips to be "secure". Phil's response was that "there is no 'okay' amount of tips". He can literally never have enough or too much money. Makes you wonder why he has a tipsgoal to begin with, if no amount of money is ever going to be enough. Another "tough guy" story. Phil basically had to follow a diversity class centered around Native Americans. The teacher apparantly was bad at his job, but called Phil lousy, so Phil wrote him a devastating e-mail that his teacher sucked and that Phil could get him in a lot of trouble for not doing his job right. The teacher was so devastated that he couldn't even write a mail back.
