It would have been difficult to confuse Kutt, who is 6'3 and waring a hat with a bright orange brim He abided by hunting season protocols. He wore a bright orange piece of clothing to signal to hunters that he wasn't a wild animal. The hunter should have done his due diligence before shooting and gotten an absolutely positive ID before firing. He was looking into the sunset when he fired, which probably obscured the figure in shadow. I do believe that this was an unfortunate accident moreso than outright negligence. But even saying that, the hunter needs to take responsibility for his error. Even in a case of accidental death, the killer needs to step up and take responsibility. --- Make it through this year, if it kills you outright.
