Got to the part where Ibuki and Hiyoko die, just discovered the bodies. I knew Hiyoko was going to die eventually, and her midgame death fits perfectly with my predictions. I realized Ibuki was going to die as soon as she caught the gullibilism disease because it was too obvious a method to kill someone (telling them to kill themselves, I'm sure that's how it will have been done) -- which means I was dead wrong in my early predictions for her. This leaves Chiaki with the highest waifu rating in the game.
As for the killer, I'm currently undecided. I seriously doubt Chiaki, who I should've known would turn into this game's Kyoko (I'm sad I didn't catch that immediately), but I can believe everyone else. Gundham has done absolutely nothing the entire game, which means he's the Yasuhiro of the group. I really don't know where he's going, I'm waiting for some kind of twist with him (although, again, I waited for a Yasuhiro twist the entirety of the last game). I am vaguely leaning toward Mikan as the killer, because the game made a big deal of the bodies' times of death being thrown off, and she obviously caught some kind of disease, and her shy personality would mean the opposite would be murdering someone, but I'm not really confident of that.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, Chiaki had already surpassed Ibuki in waifu score.
