When the democrats controlled the senate they changed the rules to make it easier for Obama to put in judicial nominees by killing the filibuster. Now, thanks to that rule, Trump has filled the courts with dozens of right leaning judges. What would stop the next Republican president from packing the court in response 4 or 8 years down the road?
