| CommunismFTW 10/26/20 10:56:43 PM #14: | Yeah, a bunch of them. Started with Medieval 1. Rome 1 is a classic but is outdated (performance/engine wise) and even with big mods like EB it still lags. Medieval 2 is awesome and one of the all time best, especially with mods like Stainless Steel (historical) or the LOTR conversion. Empire/Napoleon are fun but very niche, gotta know what you're getting into. Shogun 2 is the most polished to this day imo. Very streamlined, smooth, and easy to get into and have big battles. Rome 2 sucked forever but is actually the best modern engine historical TW game, imo. Especially with DEI installed. Attila is cute if you want to play as WRE and experience a fucking survival horror game. Besides that it's buggy and laggy.
