Eventually the cat will be waiting at your door for you to open it and stick the food out. Then you can start putting the bowl right inside your door, and coaxing it into your doorway. Eventually itll want to come in your door when you open it to feed itthen you can let the cat get accustomed to your house somewhat, a little bit at a time. Once you accomplish this, Id make it an indoor/outdoor cat.
