What are some of your favorite video games to play? This is Gamefaqs after all

I also have some other conspiracy related questions that Ill ask later, mostly using this as a tag
@DavidZ2844 Thank you for asking.

I love Bethesda RPGs. I stopped playing after Skyrim, but among them I love Morrowind, and Fallout 3/New Vegas the most.

I put 3 and NV together, because I play them with a mod that combines both games into one single game (where you can play both with one character) and balances them. It's called Tale of Two Wasteleands (TTW). The mod is so well made, it actually runs better than either of those games by themselves with no mods. On top of that, a new mod claled the Frontier is about to come out for NV. It's easily the biggest Fallout fan expansion ever made. So basically with TTW putting 3 and NV together, and the Frontier, you have like 3 Fallout games worth of content in one single game, and it easily becomes the greatest post apoc RPGs ever, really one of the best games ever.

Morrowind is just incredible of course, and all of its volumous expansion mods (Tamriel Rebuilt).

I like the Half-Life, Halo, and Doom series. In particular, Half-Life 2 is still among my favorite games. What's incredible about that game is, you think you know all about it, then you look up on Youtube people playing it for the first time, and literally almost every time, a new player will find something new that you never did.

I like 2d beatemups and hack n slash games. STreets of Rage, Final Fight, Golden Axe, the DND hack n slash games. The best new beat em up in my opinion is one called Mother Russia Bleeds. It takes the streets of rage formula and truly evolves it in a way no game has since the 90s, at least as far as fighting mechanics.

I don't think the 2d beat em up genre has been fully taken advantage of. I would love to see a full open world rpg, with the mechanics and perspective of a 2d beatem up. River City Ransom has come the closest imo, to an open world beatemup. Don't know why that formula hasn't been expanded on properly.

Love Super Smash Bros. The latest game for Switch is a dream game. I've seen maybe no other developer go so far to please their fans. It's a rare occurrence. Usually a dev might want to go all out like that, but they don't have the clout to convince their publisher to let them get the funds to do so. Other times, they have that clout but don't really care, or agree with the corporate mentality of stretching out the dollar as far as possible.

But in a rare instance in film/tv/video games, you'll get a creator like Masahiro Sakurai who has that clout, and wants to please his fans. He did it. What an incredible game. It's so incredible, that two years in we in the Smash community have become pretty spoiled on it and basically forgotten what it took to be.

Love Guitar Hero/Rock Band. I just got a controller, and I've been playing Clone Hero, the open source fan sequel to those games. Fans have also remade all the songs from all the games, in that game which you can download separately.

Like Tony Hawk a lot. Haven't played the new remake, but I enjoy ThugPro. It's a fan project for PC that combines almost all the levels from all the games into one, and has multiplayer servers you can jump on. Recommend it to everyone.
