Kinda like how my girlfriend's mother is a total idiot who literally complain about everything and everyone and think she's always right. I've given her more than enough chances to prove to me that she can change but she never does. After realizing she's hopeless I started to ignore her. Like when my girlfriend and I were at this small store and her mother was there as well. I completely ignored her the whole time, going as far as not even looking at her direction the whole time.
