Topic	Had an argument with my co-worker. Not putting up with it any more.

Basically trying to take the good will you have shown, stomp on it, then act like you're the bad guy. Only way over it seems like to firmly plant your foot down, and not get beat up over them telling you things like you never help them or whatever. They CAN successfully guilt you into thinking "hey maybe they are right, I am making a big deal about this thing" but know they are wrong and you are right. That's exactly the problem. I'm so easy to take advantage of, all it would've taken was for them to give something, anything, to show that it's not entirely just then taking what they can.
