Topic	Had an argument with my co-worker. Not putting up with it any more.

Basically trying to take the good will you have shown, stomp on it, then act like you're the bad guy. Only way over it seems like to firmly plant your foot down, and not get beat up over them telling you things like you never help them or whatever.
