The only reason why companies like EA, Capcom, Activision, etc aren't taking down Twitch or streaming (even though they'd be in their right given the EULAs and current laws regarding copyright), is because it is literally making them money. They have people freely promoting their games, boosting sales. You can bet your ass the second they start missing out revenue, shit will go down.
