The prop is to reverse the ruling and establish special rules to apply for their "not-employees". But if the prop fails then they will be employees by law and thus fire-able. Just the same I'm voting no because I don't believe uber and lyft should be allowed to pay 100M to write the rules for themselves. The ruling was stayed for now.
