Without knowing your financial situation its always best to have something else lined up before quitting. Especially if you can do something like starting the new job in December and giving yourself some needed vacation in between.

I went through this back in 2019. Its always rough going at first working at somewhere new and learning new terms and systems. Within 6 months though you will be sitting there thinking to yourself why you didn't quit your old job earlier.

If you are at a place for 10 years and you haven't been promoted and moving up the corporate ladder then it's time to go after something else is my opinion.
