Rean is probably above law range considering he is the protagonist of multiple Cold Steel games, and is part of a series this board really likes. Sami is the waifu of the Advance Wars series and shouldn't do too bad since the AW games seem like a Gfaqs type of thing and came out in the right era to start hitting nostalgia range. Garchomp could be close, but it is another Pokemon that was kind of tough to actually obtain in its generation. It is known for being Cynthia's ace monster, but also might suffer some anti-votes for how busted it was in competitive battles.
