Will probably shoot, oh no it didn't work, thank goodness he has his EMP shield to deflect the deflected bullets. Trick shot, Kenshiro goes down. Ocelot gloats, oh no suddenly Kenshiro is up through contracting his muscles to prevent the bullet from reaching his heart instantly, ATATATATATATATATATA. Even canon MGS Ocelot screws up when he thinks he shot someone in the heart, didn't, and gives them time to recoup while he's waxing poetic about his masterminding. Given Ocelot's sadistic nature, I doubt the guy will go for the instant kill "immediately lobotomize 'em" shot he would have to take in order to guarantee victory. Even if he did, I don't know if Kenshiro's body wouldn't just punch Ocelot on instinct post-lobotomy, explode him first, and then die. Like you can't tell me this fight won't have a delightfully hammy speech about the limitations of the human body versus the advancement of technology in the modern era. And if Kenshiro is alive during that - which he probably will be, I doubt Ocelot would find talking to a corpse half as fun - that's essentially a free shot. tl;dr, "Do I think Kenshiro can tank one bullet that targets anywhere?"
