Kenshiro also has a pretty strong healing factor which means that even if Ocelot got a bullet into a vital organ, Kenshiro might just walk it off

He might walk it off eventually, but he's not going to just Superman tank it and keep fighting, a bullet to pretty much any big organ is going to fuck someone up. Ocelot would have time to take more shots, especially since he doesn't really have to aim them.

if that comic is the evidence for Ocelet's teleporting bullets, they were not teleported directly into internal organs

'they were teleporting but not teleporting well enough' isn't a very compelling argument, he's going to treat a fight to the death differently than target practice with a bird. if he can shoot a bullet through his own head into a target then he can shoot a bullet through their head into a target
