A few problems with this
There's evidence to suggest that Kenshiro CAN infact, defend his internal organs, considering he blocked off his pressure points, which are also based on internal organs. Kenshiro also has a pretty strong healing factor which means that even if Ocelot got a bullet into a vital organ, Kenshiro might just walk it off
Three is that, if that comic is the evidence for Ocelet's teleporting bullets, they were not teleported directly into internal organs. The bird clearly stated that he felt that he was shot and felt pain from his nerves being damaged, thus the bullet had to actually pass through his body. And as we know, that's not going to be possible with Kenshiro.
