half_silver28 10/21/20 5:16:59 PM #4:	I originally nominated Francis for re-ranking when the new Deadly Premonition came out, but that game ended up having very little impact on Gfaqs, and his CB9 performance was pretty bad. But I think he'll be able to barely be Low Fodder due to recent relevance, and the original DP further solidifying itself as a cult classic over time. Agree with Axem's ratings overwise. Persian is barely Mid Fodder due to being Giovanni's obligatory cat, and Bonk is a Turbografx-16 character.
