Evolves from Meowth but is very clearly not "the" Meowth. Got a few appearances with Giovanni, because Blofeld. Bonk (Bonk's Adventure) - LAW fodder https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/5982-did-you-ever-own-a-turbografx-16-pc-engine He does have a few games on other consoles but they're not widely played or recognized. His mascot status is enough to make me think "maybe high end of LAW fodder" but that's it. When you're the mascot of something people don't know or care much about, it limits what it can do for you. Today's Re-Ranking is: Francis York Morgan (Deadly Premonition) - LAW Fodder There are places where people care about Deadly Premonition. Despite recent-ish releases I don't think gamefaqs as a whole is at all one of them.
