His Adsense didn't get banned because he violated the ToS, it got banned because people clicked ads en masse. It's not Phil's fault a move doesn't come out, it's the shitty netcode. He skips the KillCam, because that isn't what happened on his screen. It's Youtube's fault he is making less money off of the platform. Nothing is ever his fault, and as such he hasn't changed at all.
