When asked about the relief bill he said he wasn't going with the 2.2 trillion plan (because they haven't agreed on a de yet) and instead would be putting up the 500 billion dollar deal (because it's a bill they are for and no other bill has been agreed upon with the white house and house). They didn't ask if he would put up an agreed upon deal and he said no he wouldn't cuz he was going with theirs.
