I haven't watched anime in the last few years aside from the new season of Attack on Titan. I've also been intending to start the original Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Any recommendations you all can give, whether recent or old?

Parasyte is fucking awesome. Not as great as the manga, but still fantastic (and it works better for some of the fight scenes). Was very happy when they finally adapted that. It's on NF now, too; I think both dubbed and subbed.
