If you are trying to avoid them anyway (for whatever reason), then you would still miss the shards. Also, AFAIK, you still have to travel to the place first, either way. And normally, I only use it to get back to places fast that I need to get to fast. Like for more supplies or something. Or to go from one side of the map to the very other side or something. Thats me, though. I just dont feel like walking too long a distance. If its a couple towns over, Ill walk it. I still explore. The bag is used when I need it. That being said, I don.this see how having the Golden bag is any different than having the regular ones. The only difference is this one wont run out. It saves no matter what. I mean, whenever you would use the Golden pack is the same place you would use the regular one, as well.. Its just you dont have to use a consumable in the process... Basically, the materials Id be missing out on by using the Golden pack, I would still have missed out on if I used the regular pack instead, and be down a pack...
