I bet if Gordon Ramsay ate your food he'd put you in your place real quick.
To be fair, I wanna say one does not need to be some top-end chef of a three Michelin star restaurant to be proud of one's work.

I work as a civil engineer. At the time I started studying I was thinking of structures like skyscrapers, bridges, etc. 18 years later, I just analyze storage racks and shelving units for warehouses and retail stores. Projects I work on earns the company only a few thousands each but we do maybe 2,500+ such projects each year. Does my work seems like child's play compared to the multi-million dollar projects other engineers work on? Sure. But I still enjoy the work and the satisfaction of helping out our clients.

if truly want to be recognized as a chef beyond empty compliments, a bit of culinary education can go a long way.
Please elaborate. Is chef more of a title, position, or both?
