I forget if I just held down the power button a very long time for a hard reset, or if I just hoped in its bricked state, the battery will drain completely, turning it off and allowing it to reboot. One or the other helped for me I actually had something similar where my Switch wouldn't turn on but wouldn't charge either. I forgot what I had to do to get it working again but I think it was something similar.
