Is it confined to just a single room? I had this issue several years back but it was limited to just the pantry. I had to throw away a bunch of stuff (rice, flour, cereal). Next step was to move all the sealed stuff out and super clean with a ton of simple green. I found a bunch of larvae on the walls while doing this. Any adult moths encountered were given the fly swatter treatment.

When you throw the stuff away, take it to the dumpster outside immediately. Anything that doesn't have a proper seal is probably worth considering infested to be on the safe side.

If this isn't confined to just a single room, you're going to have a much harder time with the deep cleaning to find any adult moths that are flying about. Typically larvae only exist where food source is readily accessible though. For me, deep cleaning extended to the kitchen (floor and walls).
