Rules: 1._Vote for your favorite rivalry(ies). Her dream is to become a full genie, but there are certain things that keep her from getting her wish granted. She can use her hair as a weapon and transform into different beings. Risky Boots, on the other hand, is an evil female pirate that likes wreaking havoc off the shores, and it's up to Shantae to protect her beloved town from dangerous people like Risky Boots. When Risky suddenly attacks Scuttle Town and steals a precious item --an engine-- to create a gigantic steaming machine, Shantae has to embark on a dangerous quest to stop her and retrieve the item back to where it belongs. Shantae is a niche, though fairly popular character which I first met in 2016 when looking for Game Boy Color titles to play. Though the first game is kind of basic, I really liked Shantae's concept and design, as well as her rivalry with Risky Boots.
