This caused people to get "creative" wirh their names. So now the popups have been completely disabled. A troll then started tipping using regular's names, in order to get them banned from tipping and it worked. Phil's response? His regulars just have to make new anonymous accounts to tip Phil. This didn't sit well with the regulars, so they start messaging Phil to get unbanned. So this derailed the CoD stream where Phil was trying to figure out how to unban his regulars.
