I think that I recognize that water wheel from a guidance totem. It's not showing me the same angle, so I went behind/left of it, and climbed out of the water. I read Hannah's diary which confirms that she resorted to eating Beth's corpse, so with the implication that she is one of the Wendigos, I feel like everything has been revealed now, and all that is left is to survive (and rescue Josh/find out where Matt is).
