The last time this happened I foolishly took the dash and special and was basically unable to dash up to things and start comboing, or use the magnet ability well. Both of them added a ton of damage (and being able to repeatedly pull in + knock away into a wall with the magnet was amusing) so it wasn't too bad, but basically destroyed the entire point of the build.
