Edit: Yep he should have Ifrit, Sacred, Minotaur, Diablos and Cerberus unless he's refined them, and there's a few other free ones Seabass if you want to do some other sidequests first (like the Centra ruins). --- Congrats to azuarc, Guru Champion 2020! ...
