The relation is super strong. So far no evidence has surfaced. All it is so far, is someone saying on discord that a detractor filed. That is literally it. A fake acreenshot, no actual public filings, nothing. Yes, some people are way too invested in wanting Phil to fail. But so far, this is nothing.
