It costs several hundred dollars to file, forgery is a crime and Phil can just use this to get more pity bux as it validates the narrative that people are actively fucking with him. It won't amount to anything, and Phil wins in the end. There is a chance, given PandaLee, that this could be real. There is no doubt in my mind that this is an unhappy marriagr, Phil only seens Kat as a live in maid, and I have not a single shred of doubt thst he doesn't treat her lik crap. This is a man who married her only to drag her down into a bankruptcy with. Everyone has their breaking point. So this might br Phil trying to do damage control and get ahead of this. Phil also lied his ass off about Panda leaving. For now though, I am going to assume option one, that a detractor is trying to fuck with Phil in the dumbest way possible.
