The Facebook posts are people saying they're going to a lockdown protest.

And it's pretty safe to assume that people attending a lockdown protest are not going to be following the public health guidelines they're openly protesting against. That non-compliance may not be explicitly in the post, but it's a reasonable inference to make. If anti-mask protesters wore masks and practiced social distancing while protesting, they'd still be under fire for spreading blatant misinformation, but they'd no longer be an immediate threat to public safety and arresting them would therefore no longer be as reasonable.

Of course, that'd completely destroy their credibility and make their protest futile and silly, but I'm not exactly going to lose sleep over idiots making themselves look even more stupid than they already do.
