So when I turned 17 I joined the Air Force (had the best food), while joining they ask if you have ever committed any illegal acts. I confessed to having stolen some cheese for me and my brother when I was younger. Turns out if you actually confess anything they have to act on it, but it ended up not being a problem as I was a kid at the time of the incident.
