The version I posted, with the skeleton cartoon from the 1980s, is essentially how I first heard it. We basically watched the filmstrip version of that animation (so, like, the opposite of animation) in class with the music. And like I said, the H-A-double L-O-W-double E-N song that's obviously based on it.
