Increased strength is offset by increased durability, so that's not really an issue (although the problem seen in Hancock could be another matter... well, if it worked like that for either of them). Plus He-Man's strength is such that he can shake peoples' hands without ripping off their arms accidentally despite being able to rip doors from their frames and heft ginormous boulders.


even Supergirl S1E1 had to make a big deal about how a Kryptonian had to bend the knee to basic, terrestrial physics to not rip a commercial airliner falling out of the sky in half in the attempt to stop it from reaching terminal velocity for all inside. Her sister has to spar with her in a Krypton chamber just to put them on even footing.
