| KCF0107 10/01/20 9:49:20 PM #1: | I have loved many non-horror games that have pervasive unsettling atmospheres like BioShock and 999, comedy/horror like Shadows of the Damned, and psychological thriller/horror like Alan Wake. When it comes to your standard horror game though, I honestly can't think of one that I hold in high regard. Part of that I think is because of the underwhelming gameplay, and from what I understand, action is largely replaced with exploration/running the fuck away. I'm also aware that this a choice-based game with plenty of cutscenes. While I do not handle jump scares very well (and I am told that this game has a lot of them), maybe I will do better here.
